Placing An Order
Conditions Of Use:
1. Please check our Conditions Of Use webpage before placing an order with us.
To begin your order follow these steps.
Browsing:
Every stock item has its own Catalogue Page
1. To browse by Category - click on the appropriate category link in the Categories box. The Category Listing shows the Image, Product Name, Price and stock Quantity.
2. To browse by crystal name or product name - enter the appropriate word(s) in the Quick Find box, and press the magnifying glass (or Enter on your keyboard).
3. To select the next page of the Category Listing - click [Next >>] at the top of the current listing, or click the Page Number.
4. To select the previous page of the Category Listing - click [<< Prev] at the top of the current listing, or click the Page Number.
5. To view the crystal or products Catalogue Page - click the Image or Product Name from the Catalogue Listing. The Catalogue Page gives the full description of the product.
6. To return to the Category Listing - click the Back button at the bottom of the products catalogue page.
7. To view customer reviews of the product - click the Reviews button.
8. To add the product to your shopping cart from the Category Listing page - click the Buy Now! button. If the product is not in stock this button will be displayed as Sold Out and the stock Quantity column will be Zero.
9. To add the product to your shopping cart from the product Catalogue Page - click the Add To Cart button. If the product is not in stock this button will be displayed as Sold Out.
10. To remove this product from your shopping cart - click in the Remove Box and then click the Update button.
11. To change the quantity of products to order - click in the Qty. Box, change the number to the desired quantity and then click the Update button. You will not be able to order a higher quantity than exists currently in stock.
Shopping Cart:
The Shopping Cart holds the items you wish to order, lists the quantity and Total price of each item ordered, and the Sub Total: for the entire Shopping Cart.
1. To view the contents of your Shopping Cart - click Cart Contents at the top right of any page.
2. To remove a product from your shopping cart - click in the Remove Box and then click the Update button.
3. To change the quantity of products to order - click in the Qty. Box, change the number to the desired quantity and then click the Update button. You will not be able to order a higher quantity than exists currently in stock.
4. To continue browsing - click the Continue Shopping button.
5. To check the postage cost, place and pay for your order - click the Checkout button.
6. To empty your shopping cart - click in the Remove Box for all the products and then click the Update button.
If you have not completed payment all items remain in your shopping cart even after you log off, unless you empty your shopping cart.
Checkout:
1. To begin the Checkout process - click Checkout at the top right of any page.
Before you can Checkout you will have to Sign In.
2. If you have already created an account with us, complete the Returning Customer form with your registered E-Mail Address and Password, then click the Sign In button.
3. If you are a new customer, click the Continue button in the New Customer box. Complete the Account Information page, then click the Continue button.
Checkout Process: Step 1:
1. Delivery Information page - check the Shipping Address details are correct - these are automatically added from your accounts registered address.
2. To change the shipping address - click the Change Address button, complete the New Shipping Address form, then click the Continue button.
3. Shipping Method - select the appropriate postage for your delivery address (UK, EU Europe, Rest Of The World) by clicking the appropriate button. By default UK is selected.
4. Add Comments to the order if you wish to provide any information with your order.
At this step you can continue browsing and shopping or empty your shopping cart as your order has not been placed with us yet. Return to the Browsing section above for details of how to browse.
5. When you are happy that the Delivery Information page is correct, click the Continue button to proceed to the Payment Information page.
Checkout Process: Step 2:
1. Payment Information page - check the Billing Address details are correct - these are automatically added from your accounts registered address.
2. To change the billing address - click the Change Address button, complete the New Billing Address form, then click the Continue button.
3. Payment Method - PayPal is the default and only payment option available.
4. Add Comments to the order if you wish to provide any information with your order.
At this step you can continue browsing and shopping or empty your shopping cart as your order has not been placed with us yet. Return to the Browsing section above for details of how to browse.
5. When you are happy that the Payment Information page is correct, click the Continue button to create an order and proceed to the Confirmation page.
Orders cannot be cancelled once created and will remain on your account even if you do not complete payment.
Checkout Process: Step 3:
1. Confirmation page - check the details are correct for your order. If you want to add items to your order you can continue browsing and re-enter the Checkout again. Return to the Browsing section above for details of how to browse.
2. You may wish to print this page for your records.
3. Confirm Your Order - click the Confirm Order button to automatically transfer to PayPal for payment.
Checkout Process: Step 4:
1. If you have a PayPal account - Log In To PayPal - enter your PayPal Email Address and Password.
2. If you wish to sign up for a PayPal account - click the sign up Continue Checkout link, and complete the sign up process.
3. Once payment has been completed you will be automatically transfered back to the Spirit Of ISIS website to complete your order.
Checkout Process: Step 5:
1. You will be returned to the Checkout Success page and receive an Order Process email to your registered email address.
2. Print off and keep your Order Process email.
Your Orders:
1. To list all your orders - click My Account at the top right of any page.
2. To view the details of an order - click its View button.
