Purpurite

Purpurite is a manganese phosphate mineral. Purpurite is a rare secondary mineral formed by oxidation of Lithiophyllite. Purpurite forms a series of minerals along with Heterosite.

Purpurite has a striking metallic purple colour, which appears paint like, and should adorn any crystal collection.
