Kunzite is a lithium aluminium silicate mineral in the pyroxene group. Kunzite is a pink gem variety of Spodumene, as is Hiddenite, the green gem variety. Kunzite is often pleochroic, and its colours will fade with exposure to sunlight. Kunzite crystals are highly attractive to collectors, and Kunzite jewellery makes stunningly beautiful pieces. |
