If you feel that you don’t have time to meditate then this meditation for busy people workshop is for you!
It is a misconception that you need hours spare to meditate. Meditation can easily become part of your life. You can effortlessly integrate meditation into your daily schedule, just as you routinely brush your teeth.
We will explore how meditation can benefit you, how to make it part of your daily experiences. We will practice simple relaxation and meditation techniques - none of which are more than 20 minutes long.

From the Latin - Meditari – (to engage in contemplation or reflection – to focus ones thoughts). Meditation is more than simply relaxation. Meditation clears the mind of any thoughts or focuses the mind on one thing – mantra (words), yantra (visual image), or the breath. There are many ways to meditate with many potential goals and therefore there is no one definition or technique that satisfies all possibilities.
