Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the UK. UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from Spirit Of ISIS.

No Order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Order has been dispatched by the Seller. We will confirm that the Order has been dispatched by a Dispatch Confirmation email. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Spirit Of ISIS of your offer to buy goods from us.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the Buyer. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Spirit Of ISIS advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Your Account:
The Buyer is responsible for all aspects of the account with us. Please keep your password safe and do not pass it on to any third parties. After creating your account please ensure you receive your welcome email from us before placing an order with us.

You can amend any of your account information including your name, address, email address and password by selecting My Account after logging in. If you cannot remember your password you can request a new one to be sent to your registered email address by selecting Password forgotten? from the login page. However, if you no longer have access to your registered email address and cannot login, please contact us so we can resolve this issue for you.

Your Orders:
All orders placed with us can be viewed when you login to your account. You will be notified by email of order status updates and these can be also viewed when you login to your account.

We aim to email all subscribers to our newsletter Serendipity every two months. Subscription can be made when creating your account with us, or amended by selecting Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters from My Account at the top of the page.

Prices:
All prices are displayed and payable in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT (value added tax), where applicable.

Orders below £1.00 will incur a low ordering fee of £0.50.

Postage costs are selected by the Buyer and added to the order when entering the Checkout.

The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering.

Spirit of ISIS does not endorse nor in any way guarantee the credentials or accuracy of any currency conversion application available on our website. The information supplied by currency conversion applications are provided by third parties and should be used as a guide only.

Delivery:
The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Our standard dispatch period to the UK is 2 working days from time of order. Orders placed via PayPal eCheque payments feature will not be dispatched until funds have cleared - typically eCheque funds are cleared seven to nine working days later.

The Buyer will be notified by (Dispatch Confirmation) email once the order has been dispatched. This email will notify the Buyer of the Royal Mail Tracking label reference number. You can track delivery of your order using Royal Mail's Track and Trace system found on the Royal Mail website. In the unlikely event that you have not received your order after 15 working days, please contact us to let us know.

The Buyer shall be responsible for claiming compensation for loss from Royal Mail should an order fail to be delivered within 15 working days. Full details of Royal Mail's retail Compensation Policy for lost items can be found on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Charges:
Postage costs are added to the order when entering the Checkout.

Spirit Of ISIS uses Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ delivery and our delivery charges are in accordance with their standard rates (which are subject to change).

When entering the Checkout, please select the appropriate postage charge for your delivery address. By default Standard 1st Class Recorded Signed For™ Service to mainland UK is selected - as we are UK based. Incorrect/insufficient postage payment will incur a delay in delivery until the difference has been paid for. We reserve the right to cancel orders where incorrect postage has been selected and paid.

You will need to sign for your delivery, so ensure a valid postal address is given in your order. We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of order. Goods remain the property of Spirit Of ISIS until the order is fully paid for. Please check our How To Order webpage for full order process details.

All payments are processed through our payment service provider PayPal. On confirming your order with us in our checkout you will be automatically transfered to the PayPal website login or create account screen for payment.

If you already have a PayPal account simply login to complete payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account simply complete the Create a PayPal account form and Card payment details.

Once PayPal payment has been completed you will be automatically transfered back to the Spirit Of ISIS website which will complete your purchase with us. You will receive an Order Process email confirming the details of your order. Please keep this email safe.

You can cancel the payment process at the PayPal website login screen by selecting the Cancel and return to Spirit Of ISIS website. Your order will remain on your account, but will not be processed by us. You can re-order and checkout again at any time.

Refunds Policy:
Distant Selling Regulations - Colour Reproduction - Please note that we try our hardest to reproduce the colours of the Products. However, this is not always possible and the colours may differ very slightly. If you are unhappy with your Product when you received it please contact us within 7 days of the day the Order was delivered (cooling off period), then we will gladly refund your money on receipt of the returned Product in accordance with our Returned Goods condition below. However we do not refund the postage or packing cost of returning any Product.

You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of Goods if you wish to return part or all of your Order.

Please make sure you have purchased the correct Product for your needs before opening any packaging.

An unopened and unused Order must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Returned Orders will be checked and if found to be opened or used no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. Spirit Of ISIS will not be responsible for any return costs in this situation.

Faulty or damaged Products can be returned for a full refund or replacement at the discretion of the customer. We do not accept returned Compact Discs (CDs), Digital Versatile Discs (DVDs), audio or video products unless they are proved to be faulty. We will gladly replace any returned faulty CD.

Refunds will be made to your PayPal account within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Returned Goods:
If you have missed a delivery and been left a card by Royal Mail you should contact the Delivery Office to arrange a re-delivery as soon as possible. Full details of Royal Mail's Missed Delivery Policy for a missed delivery can be found on the Royal Mail website. Refunds will be made to your PayPal account within 14 days of receipt of Goods should the Goods be returned to Spirit Of ISIS due to a missed delivery. However we will not refund the original postage cost.

Notification of damage, of wrongly shipped Goods or incomplete shipped Goods must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 7 days will not be accepted.

Returned Goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging.

The Buyer must obtain a proof of posting certificate (or country equivalent) from Royal Mail.

Returned Goods should be returned to us within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Any Goods returned after the 10 day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for goods returned after 28 days. We must be able to resell goods in as new condition. Any goods where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered un-resalable will not be refunded.

Damaged Returns:
The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned Goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the Goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.

Warranty:
Products sold by Spirit Of ISIS are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse.

The Sellers failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

Product Reviews:
You grant Spirit Of ISIS a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use or edit any reviews posted by you. We reserve the right to publish, edit or remove any reviews without notifying you.

Legal Liability:
The contracts from the sales of goods by Spirit Of ISIS shall be subject to and governed by English law.

Liability of Spirit Of ISIS shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Spirit Of ISIS cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.

Disclaimer:
All healing uses, magical uses and metaphysical definitions are provided as a means to educate the user, and do not imply a guarantee of effect. Those suffering from illness should consult with their General Practitioner in the first instance.

Acceptance Of Terms:
By placing an Order with Spirit Of ISIS the Buyer is agreeing to be bound by the Sellers terms and conditions.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Miscellaneous:
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.

No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

You may not permit, create unauthorized framing of, or deep linking to, this Site or the creation of derivative works thereof from any other website under your management or control.

In these Terms, Intellectual Property Rights means patents, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, together with the right to apply for the protection of any such rights. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Site shall be owned by us absolutely.

Subject to the licence granted to you to use the Site, Spirit Of ISIS reserves all rights, title and interest in its Intellectual Property Rights in the Site. Any goodwill accruing from use of Spirit Of ISIS trade marks, trade and business names and service marks under this Agreement will vest in Spirit Of ISIS, as appropriate.

Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious account or order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Spirit Of ISIS tracks the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on Spirit Of ISIS to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website. We reserve the right to delete fictious accounts without notice.

Spirit Of ISIS may amend these Terms from time to time, and place the new version on the Site. For users purchasing goods or registering on the Site for the first time, all purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms. Otherwise, such changes will be effective against existing users thirty days following posting of the amended version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following Spirit Of ISIS posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any changes to these Terms, then your only remedy is to cease using the Site.

These Terms supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between Spirit Of ISIS and you relating to your purchase. Spirit Of ISIS advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions once your order has been accepted by Spirit Of ISIS. We will store a copy of the contract entered into by you with Spirit Of ISIS. You are advised to read (and are responsible for reading) fully all information on this website.

If any provision of these Terms shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected.
